Moisture contained in various chemicals which are used in the mixing process of rubber products and air penetrated in the mixing process usually lead to the deterioration of production efficiencies, the increase of defect rate, the inconsistency of product quality, etc.
ANFOGEN(Absorbs Moisture Agent) has been developed for the purpose of production of quality products and it can completely remove the moisture and the air by acting as an anti foaming agent or a moisture removing agent. Therefore, it is sure that ANFOGEN will contribute to the cost-saving of production and the improvement of product quality to a great extent. ANFOGEN absorbs moisture and air more than 30% of self-weight of the products by means of transformation of calcium oxide into calcium hydroxide as shown in the following formular contributing to the production of density-consistent products without containing moisture, airs and vapours.

ANFOGEN(Absorbs Moisture Agent) as well as zinc oxide and magnesium oxide which are used as rubber mixing compounds is used in the mixing process of rubber products and plastic products as vulcanization expediting agent. Magnesium oxide is conventionally used for synthetic rubber like neoprene rubber (CR). However, when this chemical is replaced with ANFOGEN, the considerable amount of production cost-savings can be obtained and clear surface seating works can be available without changing the physical characteristics of the products.
ANFOGEN(Absorbs Moisture Agent) prevents a lot of undesired side-effects caused by hydrochlorine (HCl) by acting a remover of chlorine which is generated in the course of processing of CR,PVC mixing compound.
